What do we take?

Washed, clean - True Vintage, reproduction 50s,60,70s and Art Deco clothing and accessories.

We do not take – Modern labels Glassons, Shein, Temu, Aliexpress, Pagani, Famers etc.

( basically because the resale value is low)

We do take Dangerfield & Princess highway, Review, Kitten D'amour and City Chic. We will take Killstar and Rockbilly labels also. 

There are exceptions, if you think it fits the brief, fire through some photos on Instagram, Facebook or by email pepperminttwistshop@gmail.com

 

Who sets the price for my items?

We set the price for what they sell for. We have an excellent knowledge of labels, designs, vintage and rarity

We aim to get you the best possible money for your items and keeping at a price that will sell. The aim is money in your account rather than sitting around in your wardrobe.

Once I purchase the destash bag is there any other costs.

No. This cost includes getting your bag to you and back to us.

The cost after we receive your items would be your commission costs or if your bag over the 25kg limit.

Can I drop my items instore? (we open in September 5th)

Yes of course! 

Drop off days are : Thurs Or Sun 10-4pm unless agreed.

How long will it take to get my items online?

Once we receive your items they will be steamed and tagged within 2 weeks. You will receive an email that your items are online and and you will be able to create a Vendor login to see your items.

What happens when my items sells and when will I be paid?

When a item sells you will get an email.

Payments will be made every on the 1st of the month. – this allows for shipping to customers and any issues.

What happens to my products if they arrive and are not suitable? 

The main reason it would not be suitable is if it is faulty, marked, broken zips, missing buttons etc. 

You will emailed and you will have the choice of having it:

1.Placed on a sale rack/area. 

2.Returned at your cost. 

3.Donated. 

What is the "shelf life" life of my items. 

At this stage it is 6 months. 

At that stage it is accessed you will be emailed and given the option of 

1.Placed on a sale rack/area. 

2.Returned at your cost. 

3.Donated. 

 

Is there a destash bag weight limit? 

Yes 25kg. If your bag is charged extra on pickup because it is over weight. This charge will be taken off your first sales. 

 

Bag sizes.

Princess – a bag of lighter items, tops, cardigans, light skirts, dresses and/ accessories - No shoes or bags.

Duchess – dresses, cardigans, a couple of pairs of shoes.

Queen –  A couple bags, dresses, shoes , a petticoat etc - a good mixture. In terms of dresses only approx 12 - its big! 

Mega bag - Massive cleanout!  A big jacket ( probably 2 if you adding other items. Pack that sucker.

All bags have a weight limit 25kg which is your check in luggage on a flight.

The commission rate for this service is 40%
